Renovating the Grand Vista Hotel

Our recent completion of the Grand Vista Hotel in Simi Valley marks a significant milestone in our portfolio, showcasing our expertise in drywall hanging and taping, acoustic ceiling removal, and wall and ceiling texture application. This project presented unique challenges and opportunities to elevate the interior spaces of the hotel to new heights of sophistication and modernity.

One of the primary tasks undertaken in this project was the meticulous removal of outdated acoustic ceilings throughout the hotel. These ceilings, once a staple of building design, had become obsolete and in need of replacement to meet modern aesthetic standards. Our skilled team meticulously removed these ceilings, taking care to minimize disruption to the hotel's operations while ensuring thorough and efficient removal.

Following the removal of the acoustic ceilings, our attention turned to the installation of new drywall and the application of various textures to the walls and ceilings.
